Timeline and Criteria
All submissions are scored by our jury within 8-10 days. Your short film will be evaluated on aspects such as story, screenplay, production, and performance. Rest assured, the private or public status of your links will not affect your chances of winning the award.

Spotlight Feature
All the short films that receive a cumulative rating of 6.8 or above are featured on the platform. Our editorial team also writes a review of the film along with the feature. Additionally, we will promote it on our Instagram handle and newsletters.

Short Film of the Month
Based on our team's ratings, the highest-scoring film will be awarded 'Short Film of the Month' (SOTM). Submissions made between the first and last day of the month are eligible, with results announced by the 15th of the following month. All SOTM entries are also eligible for 'Short Film of the Year'.
User Profile
Users have the opportunity to create their personal Shorted profile. It will be linked to all their submissions on Shorted as well as showcase additional information about their work.
