At the start of the film, we find a solitary character, going up a mountain. The same is conveyed using what seems like promising camerawork, but will it be able to sustain itself throughout the narrative? That’s a question the viewer would have to answer for themselves.
As the character continues with his ascent, he is soon captured by a group of men who mean nasty business. Now begins the back and forth movement of the narrative with its two parallel stories. The protagonist has gone in search of a unique substance occurring naturally that could serve to heal his ailing father. However, he soon finds himself running into trouble. Will he be able to overcome it and help his father in time or is it the end of the road for our protagonist for good?
