Our first introduction to the world of The Unknown is a flirtatious exchange between a man and a woman. It soon leads to an invite and the woman finds herself making her way to the man’s house. Things seem to be going alright until she begins to notice strange things in the shadows. While on the phone, she chooses to hang up immediately instead of sharing the sense of eeriness that seems to have consumed her.
Events continue to develop until a very sinister event is reached. The final result wants to tell a story of darkness being afoot, but it loses crucial points in the department of sound, along with a missing fragility that is required to handle an engagement with sensuality. Future projects could perhaps address the same and once again present their intentions to the viewer.
