Buried under the crushing weight of financial instability due to loss of business caused during the lockdown, the film follows Sharma, a middle-aged restaurant manager trying to make ends meet.
Once loud and buzzing with activity, his restaurant is now visited by only a handful of loyal customers, or for takeaways. One such regular visitor is a professional blogger, Ritika who tries to keep up with the painstaking monotony of the post Covid-19 life by going on lunch dates. The trick or 'shuffle' lies in the card game where she challenges her companions to win, the loser doomed to foot the bill. The game is a hoax guaranteeing the win of the shuffler of the deck. Ritika wins most of her games and hence, the free meals, until the day a date calls out the ruse. However, our characters still have one last trick hidden up their sleeves.
