The film attempts a nuanced conversation around gender, stereotypes, consent, and succeeds at it in several ways. The story is of one night when a young man and a woman meet on a date. However, the two of them also bring along their own parallel narratives to the coffee shop which, predictably, further complicates matters. <br><br> While the evening is expected to be one of adventure and romance for the man, a very different story is unfolding for the woman. As the characters navigate all of this, an interesting, subtle and refreshing conversation between them awaits the viewer. The narrative also does a notable job of exploring grey areas - characters are not simply written off as being black or white, and that enriches the story significantly.

A man is just getting home when he begins to receive the most unusual messages on his phone. Unable to make sense of the situation, he tries to explain to the sender that he has been mistaken for someone else, but to no avail. The film aims to mount tension by the constant failure of the protagonist to get through to the sender of these messages - a woman. <br><br> As soon as a female presence is introduced in the story, these developments are juxtaposed with visuals of a violent assault against a woman. The two storylines continue to develop parallelly until they finally converge to reveal the truth of it all. However, the viewer has to pay close attention to the progression of events in order to fully comprehend the intentions of the narrative.
