The short film is a wonderful engagement with grief, loss and the inexorable movement of life. Even in the face of all adversity, life must go on and responsibilities must be taken care of, reminds Role. The narrative is visualised intelligently as the camera follows the protagonist with notable ease and smoothness, devoid of any distractions.
The story is realised and executed in a skilled manner, even though the visuals lose in the department of light and the overall viewing experience. The film is a thoughtful piece of work which, with its engagement with the themes of isolation, loneliness and a man's dedication to his sense of duty, successfully communicates the message it has set out to irrespective of its limited resources.
