Bureaucracy, red-tapism and corruption are some undeniable aspects of the Indian legal system. However, there is another aspect to it as well. It is the relationship between these two that the short film engages with, among other things.
Manor Colony, already struggling with water shortages, is headed towards a future of severe water scarcity as a result of a mill construction nearby. The film invokes the plight of a concerned resident in the face of indifferent and greedy officials handling the project who will leave no stone unturned in filling their pockets, even at the cost of others' survival. However, when the protagonist finds himself meeting a dead end every which way, he decides to take matters in his own hands. As he puts his plan to execution, what will be the eventual conclusion - which side of law will win this battle?
