Human society struggles with a deep infestation of stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination based on lines of gender, race, and cultural and social identity. The short film is an engagement with the same concerns. By taking the viewer into the life of its protagonist, the film draws attention to workplace dynamics and the inherent misogyny and sexism that often comes to define a woman's relationship with her professional life.
Anamika, the protagonist, is several things - from a painter to a hard working employee. However, none of these things define her. The film thus becomes a reiteration of these thoughts that serve the purpose of reminding the audience to question their own conditioning and internalised discrimination and biases.
