Killing Oneself

The film strives to belong somewhere at the overlap of an experimental and a noir approach when it comes to its aesthetics and storytelling. Because of the same, the narrative leaves much open to the viewer's own interpretation.

It talks of a death that every person has to battle on their own. While it could mean literal death, the film perhaps also suggests a metaphorical death - maybe death of an old self, a bad habit, an addiction or any inhibition that keeps you from being all that you can be? Though the use of shadows and the black and white ambience is intentional, the film could have still gained from a little control on its lighting. This, in turn, would have allowed the events unfolding on screen to be more lucid for the viewer.
