Jayesh Mishra aka Jimmy is extremely excited for his imminent date. After borrowing his friend's appartment for some alone time, he is all set for an intimate rendezvous with Sabhya. As he exchanges last-minute notes with his friend over the phone, his over-zealous preparations lead him to steal a potted plant from the landlord, and thus, all hell lets loose.
Sabhya arrives with her own motivations and intentions that serve to only add to the chaos. With Van Gogh as the invisible third character present throughout their date, we see an invocation of his art, as well as his madness, and the violence it ushers in. He is coupled with two fluffy cats, whose names also present the title of the film, along with iconic Bollywood hits, all of which are then together thrown into the chaos.
It is the endeavor of storytelling, the tonality, and the approach applied in its screenplay and visual progression that stand out the most. The writing marked by humor, action, and the unraveling of a heist film constitute this realm which, though showing a little want of control in its chaos, is fast-paced and involving.
