A seemingly friendly and approachable doctor takes care of the digestive problems of a patient. Through their casual exchange, also invoking humor at the expense of the latter, the world of a small village is established for the viewer.
Events unfold gradually to further introduce us to the protagonist's love interest, Bela. As he daydreams about her, cooking up detailed reveries, the Bela the viewer is introduced to is far from the love-struck girl of the doctor's dreams. In the process, allowing itself to be a Hindi adaptation of a short story by O Henry, the short film conjures an engrossing narrative for the viewer.
Over the course of the next few minutes, the film comes into its own with a balanced beginning, middle and end, entertaining the audience throughout. However, when it comes to the doctor's love story, will fruition be its fate?
