The brief narrative gives us a glimpse into a reality too disturbingly familiar for several women. It has been a long work day for the protagonist who now finds herself in a desolate, dark corner of the city as night approaches. <br><br>

A group of men soon begin to track her movements and she finds herself cornering a path with no escape. It is at this juncture that help arrives in the most unexpected manner, along with the message that the film intends to share with the viewer. ‘Dugga Dugga’ offers one a moment in time, and concludes with the same swiftness with which it had begun. The same moment can perhaps be built upon in further longer projects.
