The short film develops as a story of affection and intimacy between two young friends. The narrative progresses as they share their hopes and dreams, and primarily, the protagonist's love for singing. The film deliberately sets up the story in the direction opposite to which it is actually headed, to drive its message home. <br><br> Khiriki is well-intentioned with an important social message about those who live with a disability. It would have, however, benefited from better control on its lighting.
