The music video employs the lyricism of a rap song to share its concerns with the viewer. In the process, it becomes a comment on the fixation of a large portion of the Indian population with Bollywood. In their mindless and obsessive pursuit of fame, success and glory, they choose an exhausting struggle of financial trouble, distance from their loved ones and the abandonment of a life of certainty and stability. The video further questions the nature of this pursuit, using fast-paced visuals of several characters in varied situations, all portraying the hustle of the City of Dreams.

It takes us into their moments of intimacy and closeness, as they share a meal together, or click a selfie or just simply enjoy leisurely spending time with one another. The Hindi vocals endeavor to bring to life this love story, introducing the viewer to the charms of a peaceful relationship, and the butterflies, blissfulness, nervousness that accompany it if you are lucky. Consequently, the final product becomes a straightforward account of romance and joy of the two characters who only need the company of their partner to feel fulfilled in this world.

The film has a sweet, simple message, but one which often gets ignored by most. After facing failure in love from a disloyal partner, a woman finds herself at the end of her rope, ready to take her own life. It is at this bleak moment that her uncle shows her the meaning of loving yourself first before venturing out to love another. While she turns her life around, beginning to exercise regularly, spending time with books and skincare, and working hard at her job, the man who had once rejected her in love, has an important lesson to learn at the end of it all, the narrative asserts. It is the same lesson which also becomes the film's core intention that is presented to the viewer.

The narrative aspires to introduce you to a man's unrelenting attempts to win over his beloved. Years ago, when the two were deeply in love, several practicalities of life forced them to separate ways. Following this, they eventually ended up marrying different people, and started families of their own. However, now, after all this time, there seems to be situations that might just allow them a second chance at their love story. Pagalpanti wants to explore the same idea.
