The film introduces us to the many obstacles that a couple faces after eight years of marriage following an elopement from a small town in north India. The final result boasts of notable camerawork and performances that exhibit potential and chemistry. As we are introduced to more nuances and layers of everyday life of the couple, practical issues pertaining to tight finances and the manner in which they control every aspect of their life further stick their head out. <br><br>

The narrative, however, progresses too swiftly, sometimes running the danger of seeming inorganic. At the same time, the storytelling remains sincere and thus comes across as the defining characteristic of Love is Not Enough. It would be a welcome prospect to see future projects by the team where they could perhaps also experiment with a more sustained approach.

The film is essentially a conversation between following your passion and getting stuck in a rut. The story is told devoid of any dialogue and from the same physical space of a room, employing its limited resources as well as the skills of its two-member-cast and crew, to the fullest. <br><br> When a man starts a new job, his first to be precise, there is the dedication and devotion to use time judiciously and be sincere and devoted to this lifestyle. However, soon a lull follows, resulting in everything becoming chaotic and daunting. Though the film shows want of more control over its color scheme, in this moment, and the realisation that follows it, it manages to communicate its core message to the viewer.
