Made as part of a digital storytelling workshop, the film is simple and direct in its approach. It aims to draw the viewer's attention to the gender binaries that exist in society, forcing little boys and girls into strict ideas of femininity and masculinity even before they are born. <br><br> As the title suggests, the same is achieved by talking about the colours pink and blue and how they've come to stand for women and men. By subverting this idea, the film shares its concerns and approach with its audience, reminding them to not try to fit everything within imagined boundaries of gender absolutes.
