Pankha unfolds as a phone conversation between two friends in lockdown. These boys have been
friends since childhood, but as life has it, the responsibilities of adulthood come in the way and take a
toll on keeping in touch. What starts as a normal call about checking up on the other, turns into an
emotional exchange as the subject changes to heartbreak and failure. <br><br> One friend is
visibly distraught than the other, but it’s not as though the other has had it easier. The good about the
film, however, is that it depicts a certain level of male bonding where men feel comfortable enough to cry
and express vulnerability with each other.
