The plot of the film is essentially a conversation that the protagonist is having with himself. The social distancing norms which the coronavirus lockdown has ushered in with itself has led him to achieve some significant realisations about himself as well as the world around him. <br><br> From bad habits now being consumed by better ones, from cooking to finally allowing himself some introspection, the film engages with them all to communicate its intentions to the viewer. The plot is direct, simply attempting an exploration of sorts of this physical as well as mental isolation, and the manner in which it comes to influence and mould the protagonists lived reality.
