The film works with an interesting idea: one of a film entirely in flashback. And not simply flashback, but a reverse order of the progression of events that come to constitute the narrative. The story ropes in suspense, violence and crime to weave itself and present forth its intentions to the audience. <br><br> It should be noted that though we are shown the actions happening in a slowed, reversed sequence, the examination of the motifs, the sense of guilt or sin or redemption that comes with introspection
of reflection is absent. An introspection is only possible when there is a relation or contrast with the
present; in the absence of a connection to a present circumstance, the sense of the past can be easily lost. It is perhaps this connection that could have allowed the film to be more than everything it already is.
