With an underlying sense of hope that remains invincible no matter how difficult circumstances get, the short film conjures an endearing narrative. It takes the viewer into the life of a woman during the coronavirus lockdown, the portrayal supplemented with a soulful song. As is true of everyone, she finds herself filling her days with chores and other feeble attempts at keeping oneself engaged and moving forward. However, there is another layer to the narrative for the unsuspecting viewer - one which is about celebrating the heroism of the innumerable health workers and doctors globally, in general, and in India, in particular. Thus, the film concludes as an homage to the people who continue to wage this battle at the forefront, even at the cost of compromising their own safety and health.

The Covid-19 pandemic taught us a thing or two about the fragility of human existence, but also a lesson about kindness and selflessness. The narrative of the short film emphasizes the same idea by giving you a glimpse into the sacrifices made by people of primarily three professions - cleaning staff of residential areas, police officers and doctors. The story becomes a straightforward portrayal of the lived reality of three men and the hard work and determination they are putting into fighting the virus, often at the cost of isolating and distancing themselves from their families, loved ones and sometimes, even the most basic needs like food. The film explores the same by also showing the rushed meals they are able to, or not, grab amidst the chaos of protecting others from the virus.

The short film endeavours a poignant story in the form of a 'video-letter' to highlight the contribution as well as the many sacrifices of the doctors and health workers who are at the forefront, waging a fierce battle against coronavirus. In the same strain, a doctor decides to record a video message for his family, and that comes to constitute the entirety of the narrative of the film.

By its own admission, the film is shot entirely on mobile phones without any of the team members leaving their house. The effort deserves appreciation, as does the desire to weave a narrative to celebrate the frontier warriors of the coronavirus pandemic - the health workers. The film simply pivots itself on the same premise. It is the story of a married couple which is far from each other, despite a deep longing for union. As the conversation between them progresses, it provides more details about their lives - introducing the viewer to their biggest obstacles, and yet the self-less sacrifice continues. It is only towards the end that the film truly reveals how all of it ties up with the unwavering determination and dedication of health workers all over the world.
