The short film positions itself as an homage to Sushant Singh Rajput, the Bollywood actor whose suicide earlier this year sent ripples across the country, making everyone acknowledge the mental health crisis that plagues contemporary society, including those who, from a distance, seem to lead a perfect life. The same intention is realised using the story of the protagonist who finds himself at the end of the rope himself and suicide appears to be the only available solution to his problems.
However, despite the calling off of his engagement and being in a soulless job, finding himself deeply unhappy in his professional as well as personal life, there is an important lesson that awaits him just around the corner. Finally, the film ties itself up using poetry to remember the late actor, leaving the viewer with the reminder to never give in, while also allowing them the hope of eventually conquering the day.
