Status

Our first glimpse into 'Status', and the lives of its characters is by way of an affectionate moment between two people that immediately establishes their closeness. However, our expectations are soon subverted by the arrival of a third character, the fiance of the woman we had seen so far. As the story progresses, a love triangle emerges, along with heartbreak, promise of an unexpected union, but eventually, foiled plans.

The final result exhibits desire to push boundaries of storytelling, even if not going all the way. If these wrinkles can be ironed out, the path is already paved for more similar endeavors in the future.
