Plasma is a film that seeks to abolish the taboo against corona patients. In a span of just a few months,
the deadly Covid-19 virus has ravaged thousands of lives across the world. Due to the multiple, and
fluctuating symptoms of the virus, people have inadequate knowledge about the spread, which had
inadvertently added to the fear. As a result, even patients who have recovered from the disease
continue to be treated as carriers, and therefore, are shunned.
This is a film about one such man, Hari, who is shunned by his community, even after he has fully recovered from the disease. Ironically, it is the plasma of the same recovered person that can save another’s life; and his neighbors have that lesson to learn.
