The story, mapped against an operatic background score, starts off on the sentiments of hope and perseverance, and the desire to become a better person during the lockdown. The life of the four family members is marked by routine, along with a general, all-pervasive sense of effervescence. However, as days continue to progress, and obstacles begin to make their presence felt, be it in the form of heartache or financial trouble or just plain, simple exhaustion, they all have a very important effect on the various family members.
The story, which had begun with happiness and positivity, soon devolves into hurt, addiction, violence and abuse. The journey from the starting point till here, also marked by unexpected moments of humour, is then what becomes the final product of the film.
