The short film invokes the persona of a writer, perhaps a poet too, who critiques and observes society sometimes from the margins as a mute spectator, and sometimes as an equal participant. The camera plays with a fixed, mid-shot, coupled with a sprinkling of outdoor visuals.
As a poet recites his poetry for the camera, the viewer is made to think of the inequalities of society, the illusory nature of art (and maybe life?), along with attempting to explore various ideas of existence as the protagonist struggles with a writer's block. Further, the film is a celebration of Urdu and art presented to the viewer in a simple, palatable form.
