The short film presents a comical take on the life of a married couple as it struggles with the ever-increasing household expenses. The wife, a compulsive shopaholic, ends up spending much more on clothes and cosmetics than the family can afford, making the husband apprehensive and panicky.

The new apparel shop with a big mannequin showcase makes matters worse as the wife insists on purchasing all the designs as and when they are displayed. The husband gets increasingly anxious as time passes and cash is spent. One night, he decides to take away the motivator itself, the mannequin. He steals the mannequin from the front of the store after cutting their power off, carries it to a secluded park and thrashes the plastic dummy into pieces. However, fate has something else in store for him. Though presented in a lighter tone, the plot and the dialogues enter a territory which would have gained from eschewing sexist tropes and problematic gender stereotypes.
