Every time a woman steps out of her house, she has to navigate lonely streets strewn with street sexual harassment, patriarchy and sexism. It doesn't take much for these to take form of sexual abuse and violence. The short film is an exploration of the same which urges women to take charge, to not bow down in the face of these threats and fears.
While the narrative is well-intentioned, it runs the danger of reinstating a cycle of violence, of suggesting that due to women's constant oppression by men, it is alright to strike back in an inhumane manner. However, since the heart of the film is still in the right place, the takeaway for the viewer, primarily women, should be to always wage the battle against discrimination, and patriarchal injustice and cruelty.
