The story invokes several concerns, emotions and sentiment. It talks of discrimination, persecution, kindness and acceptance. The protagonist is a transgender woman who one days finds an abandoned baby. Deciding to take her in and take care of her as her own, she is soon met with several obstacles in a society that marginalises and rejects her.
The narrative aims to drive him the sense of isolation and loneliness members of the trans community are subjected to. It draws in another aspect - one of religion on the occasion of Chhat Pooja, to further drive its message home. The story is honest and well-intentioned and leaves the viewer with a positive message about the world and society we live in.
