This is a short documentary about Sifu Alexander Fernandes' martial arts journey and the birth of the Life Institute of Tai-Chi and Martial Arts (LITMA).

It begins by tracing back to Fernandes’ first inspiration: The 36th Chamber of Shaolin. The film, a fictionalised account of San Te's experiences, a legendary Shaolin Martial Arts disciple who trained under general Chi Shan, is considered to be one of the greatest films on Martial Arts and was a turning point for the actors as well the filmmaker. Fernandes was so moved after watching the film that he decided to go to Beijing and learn the art form himself.

In the film, marked by its smooth visuals and skilled editing, we get to see the institute that Fernandes built to further this particular form of knowledge, and give back the gift he feels blessed to have received. The students who have been trained by him consider themselves equally fortunate for the opportunity.
