The film invokes a conversation on several things - the advent of technology in the contemporary world, the younger generation's relationship with religion, generation gap, and on top of it all, our pandemic-ridden reality.
It then makes it approach more microcosmic by introducing us to the protagonist's struggles who is unsure of his mother's health as she battles the coronavirus in a hospital. He further discusses his more personal obstacles that have led him to a crossroads regarding his dreams, passion, and a former job he left a while ago. However, tying these myriad elements together is a sense of hope, as suggested by the title itself, that reminds the viewer to allow optimism to eventually overcome all hurdles no matter how tough the going gets.
