The short film attempts a narrative of thrill, suspense, horror and mystery by using seemingly self-shot visuals of all characters from their respective rooms or houses, and an intriguing group chat that unfolds on their screens. It begins when several people find themselves added on a group chat they are unable to exit. The moderator of the conversation is a person who withholds their identity. The plot also puts forth suggestions of their preoccupation with the seven sins as well as ideas of retribution.
The film is a sincere effort to weave a story marked by violence, regret and a twisted sense of justice. By taking the viewer into the lives of the different characters, Hello, World, presents their different kinds of regrets and the enormous extent of their power over each one of them. The narrative, however, would have benefitted from a crispness of length and a pace which it seems to lose by the second half and the conclusion.
