Nibir is returning to his hometown after a while. As the plot develops, we are introduced to the women in his life, a loving aunt, and a mother with whom he shares a strained relationship.
The film moves forth to engage with the many complications of this mother-son equation, despite the love and care the former has always nurtured for the latter. There is also the attempt to present a comment on the nature of love, soulmates and how love cannot be forced within the rigid structures of conformity.
In the process, the film presents a narrative with balanced components, that eventually allow the trajectory completion, after having been defined by familial dynamics, acceptance, and lastly, the possibility of change and reform within an otherwise deeply fraught space.
