From the moment the film opens, a palpable sense of disconcertment predominates the narrative. We are introduced to a therapy session between Richa and her doctor who sits dressed in immaculate white. The latter, unconventional in his demeanour marked by dismissal and strictness, watches his patient closely, listening to the history of her troubles.

What began as debilitating headaches in childhood soon revealed themselves to be not only a sign of deep suffering, but also of fractures in Richa's psyche. Unable to make friends or lead a life of ease, Richa moves to Bangalore and soon sublets her house to a woman called Myra. Myra proves to be the exact opposite of the protagonist in her fearlessness and desire to live life to the fullest, with a fierceness Richa only speaks of with longing and grudging admiration.

As Richa discusses more and more of her life during the session, the narrative stretches all its limbs to further bring in suspense, discomfort, and eventually, violence. The hour-long-meeting with her doctor leads to a shocking climax and a more disturbing conclusion as the plot reveals its card one by one, leaving the viewer with the realization of the extent of damage the human mind is capable of all by itself.
