The film opens on a calm note, creating a deliberately misleading atmosphere for the viewer. The narration, though meant for a woman, its protagonist Rhea, is chosen by the film to be in a man's voice. The reasoning behind it is also offered soon enough, allowing it to be tied with the rest of the intentions of the premise. The plot unfolds to reveal a story of sexual abuse, assault, infidelity and far more disturbing things. However, all of it continues to be in direct contrast with the visuals presented on screen - of a woman going about her morning routine of breakfast and meditation, and maybe even greeting people from her balcony. The film succeeds at using these very mundane activities in creating a sense of foreboding that only heightens with every passing moment, allowing an eventual moment of release (or is it truly?) to the viewer only at the conclusion.

While it is a rushed morning for one, who is about to head out for work, the other is concerned about his decision of going to work in the first place during a pandemic. They discuss the situation at hand, the woman making it clear how displeasing it is. At the end of it all, a negative development awaits the man regarding his employment. The decision that he takes after it lucidly portrays the primary thought behind the narrative which has only been hinted at so far using the film's title.

When a young boy touches the debris of a meteor that have made their way to earth, his timeline gets reversed. He suddenly finds himself giving an exam that he had already failed to pass in the original timeline. A second time around, he manages to ace it. However, in return, he has to pay a hefty price. Would he be willing to part with a precious thing in return of a distinction in his exam? Or will he manage to find out a middle ground for both his desire and the price that needs to be paid in return? The story is the highlight of the short film as it endeavours an engagement with the concept of time and the relationship between the past and the future.
