The year is 2021, and a news broadcast plays in the background. The outbreak of a virus has gripped the whole world in its clutches. As the protagonist listens to the news, he finds himself connecting it to an event that had occured fifteen years ago. <br><br>

In 2006, when he worked as a researcher, a crucial piece of research was stolen from his lab. The plot takes us into the past to further portray the events in a detailed manner. As three researchers, including the protagonist, John, work on a 2000-year-old mummy, they are met by the most bewildering circumstance. The narrative eventually turns out to be the first instalment of a longer story with subsequent parts, hoping to keep the audience tuned in for more.
