An afternoon in the park with several people preoccupied with their own individual worlds - that is the premise of the film. A woman reads, another knits, another simply sits by herself listening to a radio. Amidst it all, a couple has its own romantic exchange. <br><br>

It is in the development of this exchange that the world of the film develops as well, presenting to us a universe, a parallel realm of sorts that exists only within this park. The tone and approach to achieve this is mellow and not in a rush to get anywhere.
