The film attempts a detailed engagement with social anxiety and an individual's personal relationship with it. It uses four people which include a queer artist, a student, a salon owner and an actor, to drive its point home. The narrative brings to life four very personal, intimate and defining experiences to discuss this particular form of anxiety. <br><br>Where it goes a step further is to portray how each of these people found a way to turn it around into something constructive, to take their worries and stress and other mental afflictions and channel them into something that helped them become a better version of themselves. Because of its candour, the film manages to communicate successfully what it had set out to. However, it would have gained more with a little polishing of the technical aspects in the form of pacing, edit and a smoother conclusion.
