A crucial cricket match is being played between Gully Players and Ranji Capitals. The latter seems to be the more confident and capable team of the two, ensuring that they leave no stone unturned in reminding their rivals of the same. While RC boasts of a line up of more polished players, GP is short of one player in the team right at the start of the match itself. The narrative attempts to present to you a game of high stakes, marked by all kinds of ups and downs. Above all, however, it presents to you a story of hope, upliftment and resilience in the time of adversity. Even though the narrative could have been tauter, it pulls itself together by its conclusion, communicating its message of never giving up very clearly to the audience.

A group of men, presumably rogues from the city, are out to have fun in the wild. The problem is that
they try to impose the rules of man on to the wilderness, ignorant that the forest has its own rules. In
that sense, the film is also a comment on man’s imperial tendencies. 
The film is a thriller that wishes to take it to a top-notch, and bring in themes of cannibalism. The action
and the effects are committed towards producing thrills, keeping the viewer at the edge of their seats as its action and drama unfold.

The story engages with a man's struggle with his body image. Things get exacerbated during the lockdown when he is left only by himself and his thoughts. The same friends, who had once been a source of encouragement and support in his journey, now acquire the role of taunting voices. As the pandemic becomes more serious, health facilities like gyms are shut down, while his domestic help is also not available to prepare his meals. Once the protagonist has hit his lowest, the narrative suggests he is moving towards a very dark path. Would it truly turn out to be what you have been led to believe so far?
