The narrative is simply marked by visuals of quiet spaces that are interspersed with shots of children smiling or chatting into the camera. By juxtaposing the two, the intention is to comment on the unfortunate situation children were entrapped in as a result of the pandemic.
As our lives got confined indoors with the spread of the Covid-19 virus, playgrounds and swings were left empty and abandoned. 'Bhaghawan Tum Kahan Ho', using minimum tools in an attempt to keep its approach direct, is a lament on the same circumstance which deprived children of an integral experience of two years of their life.
