The story of the film is of a protagonist who finds himself torn between what he wants to do and what is expected of him. As he begins his day to take care of a task for which timely and immediate attention is crucial, he is roped in for help first by a stranger and then by an acquaintance. <br><br> While he may intend to help them, his responsibilities require him to be elsewhere. He attempts to navigate his way around the various events of his day, and still finds himself unsatisfied with what he has achieved by the end of it all. The film exhibits a certain maturity of thought in terms of the choice of its topic and treatment. There is also a particular vulnerability about Anupam Kant Verma that works well for his character. However, Alpviram could have benefitted from a little more tightness in the narrative and the script.

A woman arrives in a desolate park and takes a spot on a bench. She is soon approached by a strange man who remains visibly distressed and hassled. A little unsure of the ensuing conversation, she resists the urge to get rid of him immediately and instead listens to his harrowing story of the previous day. <br><br>
Though the plot may have established a simple evening at the start, it is revealed to be far from it as it progresses. Below the surface rests a story of violence, trauma, and regret. Notwithstanding a little inconsistency in terms of the visuals, the storytelling and performances, especially the woman’s character and her portrayal by a lonely bench, remain notable. The characters exhibit investment of thought in their development and should be explored in a similar manner in future endeavors.
