The film makes some deliberate stylistic choices and remains loyal to them right till the very end. The background score supports them most notably, as do the use of visuals and the manner in which different camera angles are employed. <br><br>

A man wakes up in a lake. After briefly struggling to get a hold of his bearings, he finds himself in the middle of a blasted heath where events continue to repeat in a cyclical manner. However, look a little closer and a pattern begins to appear, accompanied by minor tweaks that occur within it with every cycle. <br><br>

As time travel is roped in, a plot comes into being, one that eventually goes ahead to subvert all of the audience’s expectations from the protagonist, while tying the various loose ends at its conclusion. Though a project of limited resources, it remains marked by clear dedication and earnestness of the team to see their intentions come to life.
