A sound professional, as is suggested in the title of the film itself, works on a project late into the night. As he experiments and plays with different sounds, he realizes he is not alone in the darkness, and thus begins a game of shadows and stealth where he attempts to keep an intimidating intruder out of his house. <br><br>
The screenplay exhibits efficient utilization of existing resources, coupled with an edit that displays investment of thought. Both of these together allow the film a very distinct personality when it comes to visuals, paving the path for more such storytelling in the future. Though the protagonist’s fate might hang in the balance, there is no uncertainty about the earnestness and devotion involved in constructing the film and its narrative.
