Several educated youth in the country find it difficult to secure themselves a job despite having a fully-equipped skill-set and other necessary qualifications. The short film is an engagement with the same topic. In the face of the increasing unemployment rates in India, the narrative follows one character on his way to a beach. As he sits by the sea, trying to make a paper plane fly but to little avail, the crashed flight becomes a metaphor for his hopes and dreams. <br><br> The film attempts a unique voice, but does not entirely achieve it. The saturated colour palette of the visuals also comes across as slightly distracting. The well-intentioned film aims to drive its point home and draw the viewer's attention to the effect of this on the mental health of innumerable people. However, it would have benefitted more with a little technical polishing.

The narrative is simply marked by visuals of quiet spaces that are interspersed with shots of children smiling or chatting into the camera. By juxtaposing the two, the intention is to comment on the unfortunate situation children were entrapped in as a result of the pandemic. <br><br>
As our lives got confined indoors with the spread of the Covid-19 virus, playgrounds and swings were left empty and abandoned. 'Bhaghawan Tum Kahan Ho', using minimum tools in an attempt to keep its approach direct, is a lament on the same circumstance which deprived children of an integral experience of two years of their life.
