A young girl in a village is going about her daily chores. By the time her mother returns, she has already taken care of the morning and is about to head out for something important. It is an uplifting and empowering image to watch the nervous, conscious, but determined girl walk across the street where neighbors stare and lecherous men jeer.

The revelation of her destination holds an important message for the viewer. It highlights the absolute importance of education for children, especially young girls, as well as the desire to be educated on the part of the children themselves. The overarching emotion of the narrative is one of hope, the same thread that firmly ties the whole film together and presents it to the viewer.
