Trigger warning: sexual assault, violence

The whole narrative is a glimpse into a single moment of violence and assault, and its immediate aftermath. It does not preoccupy itself with the hows and the whys of it, simply presenting the story in medias res. A girl wakes up and soon realises, as does the viewer, the extent of the damage done to her in the form of severe bruises and injuries all over her body. However, we never hear her voice, but are introduced to the drama of the story through a conversation between two men she eavesdrops on.

As two petty criminals discuss the abduction of the woman right outside the place of her captivity, the film makes a zealous attempt at positing the entirety of the film as a single-take endeavor with smooth transitions between its hand-held shots. The plot develops simultaneously finally taking you to a point where perhaps some respite would be available, followed by maybe even an eventual escape or an act of vengeance for the woman. When this juncture finally arrives, the inevitable question is raised about what will truly be her fate, further reminding you that maybe the answer lies in the title of the film itself.
