A Learner's "L"

By Rohan Chopra with 6.1

comedy · Short Films

Using the black and white palette and the complete absence of audible dialogue of a silent film, A Learner's "L" is the story of an endearing conflict between a boy and his father. The film opens with a morning scene which culminates into a slap for the boy by his father.

The reason for this conflict is primarily bad traffic that the father has to brave every day on his way to and from work. The boy takes it upon himself to solve this problem, but will he succeed? The effort by the young filmmakers deserves a mention for attempting this film, especially when it comes to its length, genre and visual treatment.
