The short film is a well-intentioned attempt to raise awareness about menstruation and to fight the stigma linked to it. It uses the story of a working woman who turns up for work despite being unwell and uncomfortable due to her period. However things soon take a dark turn for her as the day unfolds to give way to night. <br><br> The video is further made to raise awareness for the #PinkLeave campaign, an initiative that asks for paid leave for working women as well as a normalisation of menstruation in workplaces. Consequently, garnering support for its cause across the country and genders, the short film endeavours to engage with a relevant conversation of contemporary times.
